As part of our school day, students attend PART lesson time with their personal tutor. PART – which stands for Progress, Attitude, Reflection, Target – is time dedicated to develop student skills and attitudes in relation to the world around them. A programme of activities, including our year group assemblies, ensure that students’ social, emotional, moral, spiritual and cultural development is nurtured and developed, alongside time focusing on academic progress, support and mentoring.

Northgate High School’s school day is 8:45-3:15, 5 days a week= 32.5 hours per week.

A variety of extra-curricular opportunities are available to students after school (more information can be found here). We also run a Homework Club in the Library: Monday – Thursday until 5pm.
